HEIBA Holding is a Dubai-registered construction and infrastructure group operating across the UAE and Egypt. Established in 2015, we deliver end-to-end construction contracting, electromechanical works, road construction, excavation, landfill, and heavy transport solutions for government authorities, Tier-1 developers, and private clients.

Our construction subsidiary — HEIBA Construction — is an approved contractor with Dubai Municipality's Building Permit System (BPS), registered with the Dubai Engineering Qualification (DEQ) programme, and an approved contractor for the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme with over 2,500,000 m³ of earthworks delivered.

We have delivered projects for EMAAR, NAKHEEL, Majid Al Futtaim, DAR GLOBAL, Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, Select Group, ASGC, INNOVO, and SHAPOORJI PALLONJI. Our team includes engineers, project managers, blacksmiths, concrete masons, electricians, and specialist tradespeople.
